• Your ad will be placed on the internet and this site within 48 hrs after visiting your home.

• All calls received from other real estate agents regarding your home will be routed to me.

• I lead you through the selling process every step of the way!

• All personal showings will be approved by you.

• When a purchase agreement is received from a potential buyer, I will submit it to you as soon as possible and provide all necessary support needed to properly reply to the offer and any counter-offers.

• Once an offer and acceptance has been made, I will lead you through the entire closing process.
